My stay was enjoyable. I loved the warm welcome from the staff, who greeted me by name daily. The room was spacious and the free snack basket was a nice touch. I appreciated the live piano music in the lobby, which made my mornings feel special. As someone from Europe, I enjoyed exploring the town's shops and eateries on foot, creating a nice blend of relaxation and activity.
The fireplace didn't work, and I found the closet situation inconvenient. More hooks in the bathroom would have helped as well. I also struggled with the coffee maker, as instructions were not clear.

Pretty hotel with fab breakfast!
Really liked this place! The common areas are super inviting and the pool was chill when we were there. Breakfast was a highlight with tasty mimosas and a good variety of options. The spa was nice too! The only thing was the gym — felt a bit lacking for the price, honestly.

The room was spacious and offered a lovely private balcony, which added great charm to our stay. Complimentary elements like the snack basket and special birthday treats elevated the experience. Although the weather wasn't ideal, we enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi, even in the rain. However, the gym was underwhelming and could use some improvements, especially for a property at this price point. Pity the breakfast has lost its previous quality, no more made-to-order omelets.

I had a memorable experience during my stay. The attention to detail in the room really stood out, and the staff provided exceptional service. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which added a nice touch to my mornings. There was also a special welcome with champagne that made it extra special. As a New Yorker, I enjoy places that feel warm and inviting.
There were minor issues during my stay. The information provided at check-in was somewhat misleading, which caused confusion. Breakfast could improve with fresher options as some items didn’t taste good.
